Takeaway Hatch

We have a small takeaway hatch next to the office. Check out the calendar below for opening times. 

We sell:

• Freshly Ground Caffia Coffee -  we can do all the usuals; cappuccino, caffè latte, flat white, americano, espresso, double espresso and we have decaf too. We also do hot chocolate and tea and flavour syrups.
  
  
• To Accompany Your Coffee -  we have muffins, millionaires shortbread and flapjacks. On days when we are open from 08:30 we also have freshly baked pain au chocolat and croissant.
  
  
• For a Hot Day - we have ice lollies; Classic Magnum, White Magnum, Solero, Calippo, Twister, Volcanix, Strawberry Cornetto.
  
  
• Quench Your Thirst - we have cold drinks; Still Water, Sparkling Water, Coke, Diet Coke, Fanta Lemon, Fanta Orange, Irn Bru.

Campervan Service Point

Services are:

• Chemical Toilet Emptying & Rinsing
• Grey Water Drain (drive over)
• Drinking Water Refill - hose
• Bulk Recycling
• Bulk Waste

Our Campervan Service Point is available for campsite residents to use anytime.

For anyone not staying at the campsite, the CSP is open daily

10am - 4pm for a charge of £8.

To pay press 'CSP' on the unit on the wall and pay using a contactless card or phone.

Electric Vehicle Charging

We have 6 on site 22kw E.V Chargers. Our chargers are extremely stable and use the Project EV Pro App.

Our rates are very reasonable at 80p connection and 55p per kwh.

• We advise you to download this app before your visit. Not only will it save time but this will let you see the live availability chargers at any time.
• Once downloaded you can add a payment card to the app.
• After that you just connect your CCS Type 2 cable
• Either find our chargers using the built in app map or enter the charger number manually (the numbers are written next to a QR code on the side) and click start charging.

The app is really easy to use, very reliable and only pre-authorises £20 on your card, which is a fraction of some charging platforms. After your charge is complete the final bill is charged to your authorised card. As with all charging platforms the pre-authorised £20 is back in your account within a few days. 

If you don't have data signal in our car park we have even installed FreeWifi for your too use so that if you need to download the app on the go it's no problem. Look for 'GrandtullyFreeWifi'

Toilet & Shower Facilities

Our toilets and showers are private self contained units. There are gender specific toilets and showers on the lower level of the building and there are family/gender-neutral facilities on the upper level. Within each section of the facilities building there is 1 accessible bathroom/shower room with baby changing facilities. Our toilets and showers are cleaned daily and checked throughout the day. Please note that male and female staff clean and check these facilities throughout the day.

Our Team

As the booking process is all online, there is no need to check in on arrival, our CCTV cameras will pick up arrivals and keep track of authorised vehicles . All the access and pitch information is sent to guests in advance. Our friendly team is on site daily. We will be pleased to answer any questions you might have.
